About Room Reservations

Faculty, staff, and students may reserve select spaces in the Business Administration Building (BUSN) for meetings, group work, video conferencing, or special events.

Availability varies by room, and some spaces may be restricted to faculty and staff only.

All spaces operate on a Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule. Weekend and evening reservations are not permitted.

Reservations must be made one week in advance. 

Please review each listing for food policies, access requirements, and approval instructions before reserving.

A valid UTEP login is required to book a space.
